The schedule includes four yoga classes, 90 minutes each; Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening, and Sunday morning. Expect a warm/moving yoga asana practice throughout the weekend. We will weave stability and mobility with attention to physical and subtle body imbalances and constrictions.  Our Saturday and Sunday sitting meditations will help us cultivate increased attentive awareness. We will focus on manifesting new creations for our lives. There will be an optional walking meditation on Saturday afternoon, and there will be time and space for personal reflection, walks, journaling, sitting in the sauna.  We will celebrate in community with casual conversation, discussion and chanting.

All meals will be catered by a local ayurvedic based chef.  You can expect dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.  In honoring the philosophy of the Yoga Lodge, all meals will be vegetarian.  We will have snacks, coffee and tea throughout the weekend. 

This retreat weekend is inclusive; lodging, meals, yoga teaching, meditation, and the various enmities of the property.  Your investment depends on your choice of lodging.  There is one double occupancy room available at $525 per person. There are three dorm style rooms that sleep 3-4.  Your investment for this option is $475 per person.  There is also ample room for camping on the property for $400 per person.  If for some reason you would like to attend but prefer to stay offsite, your investment would be $350 per person. 

This space is quite intimate and therefore the retreat is limited to 16 total.  There are 13 beds.  Additional participants would either be camping on the property or staying offsite. 

Register now to apply a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your space.  The balance is due by 7/13/2108.  After that time your investment will be refunded only if I cancel, or if I am able to fill your spot.
