Taking ourselves on retreat is an opportunity for both a renewal of body and spirit, and a re-commitment to our practice.  We get away from our everyday responsibilities and commitments and immerse ourselves in daily meditation and asana, study and play, personal reflection and community.  We have the space and time to really drop into our practice and celebrate its richness. The practice of going on retreat allows us to re-set, re-commit, and re-create

The week is scheduled to include: daily meditation, twice daily yoga classes, abundant personal time for solo or group activities, and time in sangha, community.  All yoga classes will be at least 90 minutes. Expect a warm/moving style practice with a combination of floor asana, holding and flowing standing sequences; cultivating energy and allowing relaxation.  Each class will weave elements of physical and subtle body alignment, as well as the space to reflect on your own alignment of purpose, passion, and inner brilliance.

The property will include a variety of rooming options and amenities.

Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of the retreat.  Breakfast, meditation and yoga will  happen in the morning; exact schedule to be determined.  Dinner and evening yoga; exact schedule to be determined.  You will have every afternoon to do as you wish. 

The investment for this retreat is based on your lodging choice.  Prices will be updated as we secure our location.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required when you register.  You will find a “deposit “option and a “2nd payment” option on the registration page; choose to pay in full, or pay a deposit and then your balance 3 months after your deposit.  Airfare to Costa Rica is not included. If you have paid in full and I have to cancel for any reason you will be refunded your investment minus the $250.
